Terms of Use
The rules for using this portal. Your participation in the affiliate programme is also governed by the Affiliate Programme Agreement you accept at registration.
Last updated 20 October 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By using this portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.
This portal is operated by Omari Textiles, trading as ShopOmari, in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +234 815 229 3801 or through the Message Centre in your affiliate portal.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- The information you give us at registration must be accurate, current and your own. Bank details must belong to you.
- Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- One affiliate account per person. Duplicate or false accounts may be closed.
- Tell us promptly if your details change or if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
3. The affiliate programme
Commission rates, sale confirmation, pricing, payout timing, termination and liability are governed by the Affiliate Programme Agreement, which you accept at registration and which forms part of these terms. If the two documents conflict on programme matters, the Affiliate Programme Agreement prevails.
4. Acceptable use
When using the portal you must not:
- access, or attempt to access, another affiliate's account, records or messages;
- copy, scrape or bulk-extract portal content, price sheets or customer information;
- impersonate Omari Textiles, its staff or another affiliate;
- make false or misleading claims about our products, prices, availability or the programme;
- offer our products at prices other than the official price sheet without written authorisation;
- use the portal to send spam, chain messages or unlawful content;
- upload files containing malware, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the portal; or
- use the portal for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
5. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, prices and availability are shown in the portal for the purpose of facilitating sales and may change without notice. The current official price sheet in the portal is the authoritative price list. We may correct errors in pricing or description, and may decline an order where an error is obvious.
6. Invoices and customer payments
Invoices you generate through the portal are issued on behalf of Omari Textiles and must be paid through the payment channels provided. A sale is confirmed only once payment has been received and valid proof of payment has been provided, as set out in the Affiliate Programme Agreement.
7. Commission
Commission is calculated at fifty per cent of the profit margin on each confirmed unit sold and is paid to your registered bank account within one to three business days of confirmation. The portal shows the commission owed to you at any time. Commission is not payable on unconfirmed sales, and no commission is earned on your own purchases.
8. Intellectual property
The Omari name, logo, fabric photography, product copy and portal design belong to Omari Textiles. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our product photographs and brand name for the sole purpose of promoting our products during your participation in the programme. You must not alter our logo, register a similar name or domain, or suggest that you are Omari Textiles itself.
9. Content you submit
You keep ownership of photographs, videos and messages you send us. By submitting them you give us permission to store, reproduce and display them for programme administration, and — where you send them to us for promotion — to share them on our channels. Do not send us images you do not have the right to use.
10. Third-party services
Payment pages, WhatsApp and other linked services are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those services.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available at all times, but we may suspend access for maintenance, security or upgrades. We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially affects your commission or how you are paid, we will give you reasonable notice.
12. No guarantee of earnings
Participation in the programme is free and voluntary. We make no promise that you will make any particular number of sales or earn any particular amount. Commission depends entirely on confirmed sales you facilitate.
13. Disclaimers
The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omari Textiles is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation arising from your use of the portal. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the total commission paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your access if you breach these terms or the Affiliate Programme Agreement, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the portal, our customers or other affiliates. You may stop using the portal and leave the programme at any time, as described in the Affiliate Programme Agreement; commission that has already been confirmed and remains unpaid will still be paid to you.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within thirty days, the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Refunds and returns
Sales of fabric are final. Our Refund & Returns Policy sets out that position in full, the rights you and your customers keep under Nigerian consumer law, and how to raise a problem with an order. Where a customer is refunded, the commission recorded against that sale is removed as described in that policy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
